Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our technical support team via email with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Prepare the Hardware
Securely pack the laser engraver in its original internal packaging and box, ensuring all modules, goggles, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at an authorized carrier location; we recommend retaining your tracking number for security.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our engineers verify the unit's condition at our warehouse, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
